Reversing Feature

모든 POWAIR제품은 역전운전이 가능하므로 필요한 경우에는 역전모드로 편리하게 사용할 수 있습니다.
두개의 스크류중 하나를 조이고 다른 하나로 스피드를 조정하며
역전일 경우에는 스크류 조정법을 반대로 바꿈으로서 간단히 해결 됩니다.

Repeater Control

만약 stroke가 작은 feeder로 긴 이송 거리가 필요할 때 이 제어자이를 사용하시면 됩니다. 이 제어기는 press 1회 동작시 feeder의 이송 동작을 반복 시킬수 있습니다. 물론 정상적인 single stroke 운전도 가능하며 용이하게 운전방법을 전환 할 수 있습니다.

Pilot Release System

POWAIR의 Pilot release기구는 간단한 발브구조로 되어 있으며 pilot가 작동하면 크램핑의 순간적으로 해제되며 pilot거 원위치되면 즉시 다시 크램핑이 됩니다.
따라서 원재료 공급은 크램프나 파이로트 어느 것으로도 제어될 수 있습니다.

Pneumatic Linear Feeds

POWAIR의 Press Feed장치는 고정 크램프가 번갈아 가며 작동함으로 재료의 미끄러짐이나 오 공급을 방지하고 충격흡수식 스토퍼가 모든 feed unit 의 행정 양단에 설치되어 있으므로 ±0.03mm 이하의 정밀도를 유지하며 안정적 반복동작이 가능하도록 견고하고 정밀하게 설계 되었습니다.
